I graduated Saint Mary’s after 13 years K-12. Graduated Rider University with a Bachelors in Criminal Justice and Political Science, as well as a Masters in Homeland Security.

I’ve been coaching since I was in 8th Grade all through High School, College, and still to this day. I have years of experience coaching athletes of all ages and from all different gymnastics-related sports. I have collected many certifications along the way with many more to come.

Beyond coaching gymnastics, I am a second Lieutenant in the United States Army. I commissioned as a 31A (Military Police Officer) into the Maryland National Guard. The discipline, respect, and leadership of the Army is easily comparable to that in Gymnastics.

Videos will contest that I don't just enjoy coaching but have been fully submerged in the gymnastics world myself. This footage was taken at a state meet where I took home the gold medal.

Everyone has to start somewhere and the above footage was taken in my earliest years of competing at a state meet, I still don’t know how I got gold with all my mistakes.
