Clinic Requirements & Descriptions

Open tumbling clinic

(No Requirements)

Any and all levels are welcome to come and practice or to learn new skills. A variety of drills will be set up ranging from those that suit beginner athletes to drills that are more advanced. The clinic is structured like an open gym except with coaching, spotting, and drills. 

Beginner tumbling clinic

Advanced tumbling clinic

(Required: must have round off back-handspring backtuck on the floor)*

In this clinic, we will work on various skills including...        

-pike/layout 

-full/double full

-double back tuck/pike

-double front tuck/pike

and many other advanced tumbling progressions. 

Parkour Clinic

(No Requirements)

(No Requirements)

In this clinic, we will work on basic tumbling skills including...

-cartwheels

-roundoffs

-back/front handsprings 

and other beginner tumbling skills. 

Intermediate tumbling clinic

(Required: must have backhand spring on the floor)*

In this clinic, we will work on connecting a roundoff and a backhand spring, connecting multiple back handsprings in a row, learning how to do a back tuck, and other intermediate tumbling progressions.

In this clinic, we will work on various Parkour skills including...

-wall flips

-wall spins

-running on and up walls

-cat-leap

-parkour vaults

-flyaways

and other basic parkour skills. 

Cheer Tumbling CliniC

(Required: must be a cheer team)*

The focus of this clinic is on common cheer tumbling passes. Some examples of these include round offs, back handspring tucks, layouts, aerials, etc. The clinic is tailored to the team's specific needs. I will provide drills for coaches and athletes to use, with or without equipment, back at their home gym. 

* These are loose requirements, exceptions can be made! They are just designed to help everyone stay around the same skill level.
