Types of Lessons
Evaluation/Trial lesson
If it is your first lesson with me, you must register for an evaluation lesson. The athlete will be quickly evaluated at the start of the lesson. It will begin with flexibility then fundamentals, progressing to harder skills to the athlete's ability. The lesson will then be tailored to the athlete's goals. Following the lesson, I will provide the athlete and guardian with a full evaluation including suggestions, and options moving forward to help the athlete best achieve his/her goal.
General Lesson
This lesson is best for recreational class athletes so that they can continue to build a strong foundation, techniques, strength building, and accomplish skills necessary to move to a more difficult class or prepare for a team tryout.

Workout Lesson

Fun Lesson
If you’re tired of strict practices and want a lesson that is simply fun, loose, and free, then this is the lesson for you! This lesson is tailored to what the athlete wants to work on.
Family Lesson
Are you tired of just watching your kids out in the gym? Are you living vicariously through your athlete? Do you want a better and close up understanding of what your athlete is working on? With the family lesson, the guardian and the athlete will be able to learn and participate in the lesson together in the gym.
Challenge Lesson
If you feel like practice is too easy and you need a new skill or skills to challenge you and help you get ahead within your sport, this is the lesson for you!
